If you are a new patient, we welcome you!  If you would like to save time at your appointment, we encourage you to complete your new patient forms through your Jane App account. You will be assigned an account at the time of booking, either through the online portal or by giving us a call. Please feel free to contact our front staff and they would be happy to help you or answer any questions you may have. 

What to expect on a first appointment?

All of your first appointments at Grandview Health Group Ltd. During this time your health care practitioner will take a thorough history, perform an examination, explain their findings and begin treatment.

If you are seeing the chiropractor, osteopathic practitioner or registered massage therapists, please wear or bring loose and appropriate clothing.  For example, if you would like your lower back, hip, or leg to be treated – please bring a pair of shorts.  If it is your upper back or shoulder, ladies please bring a loose T-shirt or a tank top.
