Kelsy graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2011 and since then has
taken many courses to further her education with a focus to myofascial treatment. She
recently completed a 2-year series of courses called the Integrated Fascial Series where she
learned cranio-sacral, visceral and myofascial therapies to treat the body as a whole. The
purpose of this series is to be able to look at the body as a whole, to see its connections and
to find the root of the injury.

ABOUT KELSY
Kelsy has also completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training and is now teaching the Anatomy portion of the course to new yoga students. Starting in September 2022, Kelsy is enrolled in the Osteopathic Program. She is looking forward to furthering her skills and knowledge in order to help her patients.

Kelsy’s treatment style is focused on myofascial release, trigger point release, cranio-sacral and visceral manipulation. She treats various injuries/dysfunction some of which include: TMJ, headaches, whiplash injuries, scar tissue and post-natal. She always works within a
patient’s tolerance and is intent with her pressure and modalities. She knows her anatomy
very well and is therefore able to affect specific structures and layers of tissue. Her goals with her patients are to help them understand why they are injured, what they can do to prevent injury/dysfunction and most importantly to connect to their bodies.

In her spare time Kelsy spends time with her husband, 2-year-old son and dog (Zoey). She
practices yoga and loves running and strength training. She is an avid reader and loves
cooking for friends and family.
